For employers

Fewer missed days. Lower health spend. Fewer claims.

Musculoskeletal pain is a top-two health cost for 44% of large U.S. employers, three years running.1 It reaches you through three different budgets — medical spend, absence, and workers’ compensation — from one underlying cause.

Each person gets a human Care Team: Corrective Exercise Specialists by video who review how they move and adjust the plan. Between appointments, Flexa’s AI coach runs the camera assessment and the daily programme, on the phone they already carry.

What it changes

Three lines on three different budgets.

Most MSK spend never reaches a workers’ compensation claim. It shows up as a doctor’s visit someone booked themselves, a physio course on the health plan, and the days they were not at work — and each one is owned by a different department.

Missed daysFewer absences and less presenteeism. Pain that limits work is measured at baseline and again at week 12, so the change is reported rather than assumed.
Health spendCare that does not need to happen. Participants who planned to see a doctor, physio or chiropractor at baseline and had not by week 12 are counted, and costed against published unit prices.
Comp claimsFewer injuries at the top of the funnel. In healthcare, patient-handling injuries average $15,600 a claim and are roughly a quarter of all workers’ compensation claims.2 The figure that matters is your own: we start from your claim and absence numbers.

2 OSHA, Safe Patient Handling (3279). A cost frame, not a prediction that Flexa prevents a given injury. Flexa is a wellness program; it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

01 · A person first

A Care Team, by video.

Corrective Exercise Specialists who meet each person by video, check their form, swap an exercise, and review progress. Up to ten appointments in a twelve-week pilot, and up to ten a year after that. Between appointments, Flexa’s AI coach runs a daily session that adapts, with answers in chat.

02 · Assess

About five minutes, at home, in what they slept in.

Four posture photos and six guided movements, filmed on their own phone. No gym, no clinic, no appointment, and nothing for your team to hand out.

03 · Wherever it hurts

Care for wherever it hurts.

One assessment reads posture and movement from head to feet, then builds a daily program around what it finds. Most people arrive because of their back; the program works the same way wherever the pain is.

The Evidence Pilot

Twelve weeks, one named group.

Each person has a Care Team by video and Flexa’s AI coach every day. Pain that limits work is measured at the start and again at week 12, and you get a report on the group every month.

A sponsorOne named owner on your side. Someone who runs the pilot with us, and a backup.
A way to reach people in painEmployee health, workers’ comp or supervisor referral. The pilot is for the people who are hurting now, not the whole workforce.
What you getResults from your own people. A monthly report on the group, never on individuals, and the change at week 12.
