Prop up your phone. Flexa reads your posture and your movement, builds a daily program from what it sees, and coaches you through it. Five to ten minutes a day.
Flexa uses your camera two ways. Your four posture photos become joint positions and angles, essentially geometry. Your six guided movements are read by the Neural Code, which classifies them into one of eight movement patterns. Together they build your program.

Built for people who are on their feet twelve hours at a time.
Flexa for nurses →
Four posture photos, then six guided moves: a squat, a lunge, a bend. About five minutes, in whatever you have on. No gym, no clinic, no appointment.

The Neural Code reads your six movement assessments and finds which of eight movement patterns fits your body. Flexa builds your daily program from that, and shifts it as you do.
How the Neural Code works →
Short guided sessions on a mat at home, before a shift or after one. An AI coach answers in chat around the clock, and you can book a video session when you want a person.
Common questions →Pain shows up in one place. The cause is usually somewhere else.
So Flexa starts with the whole body, not the sore spot alone: how it stacks, how it bends, where it gives out.
Flexa delivers an integrated postural and movement therapy method. That method was tested head to head in a randomized trial of 2,971 people at 33 centers, published in JAMA in 2022.
Those results belong to the method and the clinicians who delivered it in person. The trial ran before the Flexa app existed. Flexa's own studies are under way, and we will publish them when they are done.
